Nine months ago, Tiger Woods was involved in a car crash that left him with injuries to his legs. The star hasn't been able to play golf until a recent post where he shared a health update.

Tiger Woods, 45, has finally made his way back to the golf course. He's been off the driving range since an injury back in February left him unable to play as he focused on his recovery.

However, on Sunday, he took to his Instagram account to show off his healing progress. The star shared a two-second clip of himself practicing his swing on a golf course with a brace on his right leg.

On February 23, 2021, the athlete was injured after being involved in a single-car rollover crash in Southern California. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department (LASD) responded to the incident at around 7:12 a.m.

The accident happened on the border of Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates. On Twitter, the LASD said Woods' car was traveling northbound on Hawthorne Boulevard at Blackhorse Road before crashing.

A day after the incident, Anish Mahajan, MD, posted a statement on Woods' Twitter account. The chief medical officer at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center said the star's crash had left him with:

"Significant orthopedic injuries to his right lower extremity."

In October, an exciting update was given about Woods' health. A source informed People magazine that the golfer was making progress, sharing how Woods had been undergoing physical therapy to help heal from his injuries.
