While on an episode of "Whine Down with Jana Kramer" in October 2021, Tori Spelling, 48, said that her breast implants had "expired." She told host Jana Kramer that no one had informed her that she could get them redone in 10 years.

Then last month, the former "Beverly Hills: 902010" star visited plastic surgeon Dr. Payam Jarrah-Nejad's office. She had a consultation on her breast implants and addressed the visit on her Instagram Story.

Now she's even closer than ever to finally getting her implants sorted. On Thursday, she had an appearance on SiriusXM's Jeff Lewis Live, where she opened up about her upcoming procedure.

[Spelling] told the publication that people had tried convincing her to have plastic surgery since age 17.

The actress told Jeff Lewis that had a date set for her replacement surgery – February 27, 2022. She explained that doctors didn't know what they would find until they operated.

Spelling shared how the surgeon would take out her old implants, clean them up, and then put in new ones. Speaking about the size for the new ones, the star admitted she couldn't decide, adding:

“The sizing I’m getting is a little bit bigger but it won’t look it. So they’ll actually look smaller but filled out more.”

The "sTORI Telling" author said the look she was going for was to be able to dress sexy and dress conservatively without her breasts being the main focus. She also admitted that she needed a breast lift too.

Lewis has been an advocate for healthy breasts, and he's previously hosted a breast implant awareness month on his radio show. He commended Spelling for doing her "due diligence" in addressing her implants.

Spelling, who has had her pair for the past 20 years, confessed on the show that she'd thought she was a C-cup all these years but found out from the doctor that she was actually a D-cup.

One of the times Spelling addressed plastic surgery was in 2019 with People magazine when she discussed her breast and nose surgeries. She told the publication that people had tried convincing her to have plastic surgery since age 17.
