Fan favorite "Stranger Things" began its first season with the disappearance of a young boy, Will. The search for him eventually opened the door to supernatural phenomena and underground experiments -- mysteries that continue to unfold.

In the latest season of the Netflix show, fans were introduced to the beloved "Dungeons and Dragons" fanatic slash metalhead Eddie Munson. He is all the talk of the online town, especially with the new hit song based on his line, "Chrissy, wake up!" taking over TikTok. But most of all, his heroic death struck the hearts of many viewers.

Meanwhile, one of the ongoing and main characters, Max Mayfield, remains in a coma as many keep their hopes up for her return. To fans' relief, ex-Chief of Police James "Jim" Hopper, who everyone thought was dead, was alive all along. However, his seeming death still caused much grief.

These are only three of the many "Stranger Things" characters who have passed away or tinkered too close to the edge, but each deserves the time to have their say. Enjoy these 38 quotes from these fan-favorite characters.

There have been rumors that, just like Jim Hopper, Eddie Munson will, by some miracle, make his way back to everyone's screens in the next season. These whispers, however, could just be wishful thinking.

Now, Max lies unconscious in a hospital, and a strange and supernatural force known as "Vecna" is taking over again. Let's hope that this force of evil can be beaten for good in season five so that all lives lost are not in vain.

If, as Munson did in his last moments, you need to dig deep to find more power and defeat whatever demons you may be facing, you will most likely enjoy these quotes reflecting introverts' quiet power.
