Eazy-E was a member of N.W.A, a 'Niggaz With Attitude' group he started that was soon known as "the world's most dangerous group." He started the group with Andre "Dr. Dre" Young and O'Shea "Ice Cube" Jackson.

Around the same time, the high school dropout also co-founded Ruthless Records. The group released its first album in 1987, quickly followed by a second album, "Straight Outta Compton." Their albums were a success, and the second earned double-platinum sales.

Despite his love for inciting controversies, Eazy-E was a charitable man and would speak up for those who couldn't. Unfortunately, he died on March 26, 1995, at 31, after suffering from complications from AIDS.

Shortly before his death, he suffered from severe respiratory issues, and while hospitalized, he learned he had contracted AIDS. His album was posthumously released that same year.
